When the internship ends, the crew writes it onto their resume automatically, in the right words, with your name on it.
How it works
Fifteen minutes to post. The crew does the rest.
- ▸Sign up with your company email and verify — five minutes.
- ▸Post the internship: what they would do, hours, paid or unpaid, ages, where, and what you are looking for. Your rubric becomes the screening.
- ▸The crew invites the students whose maps fit. Each applies with the resume Harper drafted from their record. A parent consents before anything else happens.
- ▸Sam, the screener, interviews every applicant by voice or chat against your rubric and writes a fair summary with evidence from the transcript — never guesses, never protected characteristics.
- ▸You choose. Signatures and permits are collected. The student works. Completion is recorded and lands on their resume.
