Terms of Service

1. Who can use FledgePath

FledgePath is for high school students and their parents or guardians. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should use FledgePath with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or guardian — that's what the linked parent accounts are for.

2. What FledgePath is — and is not

FledgePath provides personalized college-planning guidance: roadmaps, milestones, reminders, and educational content, much of it generated with the help of AI. It is a planning companion, not a guarantee. We do not and cannot promise admission to any college, scholarship, test score, or outcome. Guidance may contain errors — always verify critical facts (deadlines, requirements, costs) with the institution itself. FledgePath complements, and does not replace, your school counselor.

3. Your account

Keep your login method secure and your email current — it's how we verify you. You're responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information; impersonating someone else or creating accounts for people without their permission is not allowed.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break security, scrape data, abuse the AI guides, harass others, or use FledgePath for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

5. Ambassadors & referrals

The ambassador program is voluntary. Ambassador social posts must be truthful, follow platform rules, and include the disclosure tag we provide. Post content created in the studio requires our approval before sharing. Rewards for student ambassadors are documentation of genuine work performed (impact records and verification letters) — never payment for outcomes. We may adjust or end the program at any time.

6. Messaging

Email is part of the service (verification codes, account notices). SMS and WhatsApp messages are sent only with your separate opt-in consent and can be stopped at any time (reply STOP to SMS). Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

7. Your content & our service

What you share with FledgePath stays yours; you give us permission to use it to provide the service (build your roadmap, power your conversations). The FledgePath name, design, software, and content are ours or our licensors' — please don't copy or misuse them.

YouTube. Our study videos are published on our YouTube channel and shown on FledgePath through YouTube's embedded player, which uses YouTube API Services. By watching them here you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of viewing data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. We never ask for access to your YouTube account.

8. Disclaimers & limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, VanSur Solutions disclaims all warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes, termination, and law

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced by email, and continued use means acceptance. You can close your account at any time, which deletes your personal data per our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
